Straw Yellow in color with gray highlights. With aromas of rose and lime that gently cool the palate leaving a pleasant aftertaste with crisp acidity.
Served at 8-12°C and pleasantly accompanies foods with acidity and sweet and sour sauces. Ideal for appetizers or seafood main courses.
