Ruby red color with aromas of smoke, vanilla and oak on the nose. Notes of cherry and strawberry sweet spoon preserves on the palate. Full bodied with soft tannins that end in a long finish.
Served at 18°C, it ideally accompanies meats cooked with rich sauces, caramelized fruits and sweet vegetables. It is pleasantly combined with smoked cheeses.
