Dark purple color, robust and exuberant body with soft, well-made tannins and rich flavor. Aromatic profile of red fruits such as cherry and strawberry combined with light smoky notes and sweet spices.
Served at temperatures of 15-17°C and pleasantly accompanies juicy meats with BBQ sauces and stewed vegetable dishes of Greek cuisine. Ideal for spicy delicatessen meats and cheeses.
