Pale rosé in color, like the lychee, it gives intense aromas of rainier cherry, strawberry and wild black cherry on the nose. The crisp acidity and the full body are distinguished on the palate, ending in a long refreshing and fruity finish.
It is best served at 8-12°C and accompanies white meats and seafood with sweet and sour sauces. Ideally it starts a meal but also completes it escorted by fruit and cheese.
