Vinification: Mild pre-fermentation cold maceration to bring out the primary aromas, static settling and then followed by controlled alcoholic fermentation at temperatures of 15–18 °C. It is not aged in a barrel to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit.
Tasting Notes:
Bright color with green-yellow highlights. Aromas of citrus, lemon blossom and white peach, with hints of basil and freshly cut herbs. Fresh, lively and balanced palate, with crisp acidity, silky texture and an aftertaste reminiscent of grapefruit peel and lime.
Food Pairings:
Served at 9–10 °C and ideally accompanies seafood, grilled fish, white meat dishes, salads with fruit or light cheeses. A bright and elegant wine that reveals the fresh, aromatic soul of Malagousia from Asprokampos.
