Varieties: Chardonnay (65%) and Malagouzia (35%)
Vinification: Pre-fermentation cold maceration and classic white vinification at a controlled temperature.
Aging Potential: 4-5 years
Aging: Maturation takes place in French oak barrels for 3 months.
Tasting Notes:
Bright yellow with golden green highlights, with notes of toasted bread, brioche and vanilla on the nose in a harmonious coexistence with mature exotic fruits and roasted nuts. A rich palate with an intense buttery texture and a long lasting finish that leaves hints of honey.
Food Pairings:
Served at 10°C, it pairs with smoked and mature hard cheeses, fatty fish such as salmon, mushroom risotto, smoked eggplant products and pasta with rich sauces and seafood.
